Since 1979, I have been practicing law, primarily in business, contracts, employment, personal injury lititgation and real estate development. I have tried over eighty jury trials, argued in the Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Court of Appeals for the Third, Eighth and Eleventh Districts and the Federal Sixth Circuit of Appeals. I have been appointed 'Special Counsel' for the Lake County Common Pleas Court, Lake County Prosecutor, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and the cities of Richmond Heights, Kirtland, Willoughby and Bratenhal. Further, I have taken depositions in Ohio, Indiana, Nevada, Arkansas, New York City, Washington, D.C. and Florida. Additionally, I serve as the Law Director for Solon, and have served as the Law Director of Willoughby Hills.
